Alh. Okhimamhe A.S. hailed from South Ibie in Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State. He was born on the 2^nd November, 1969.
He attended Eklaebele Primary School, Iyakpi, South-Ibie from 1974 to 1979 and obtained his First Leaving Certificate. He then proceeded to Ihiebve Grammar School, Ihievbe, Edo State from 1980 to 1984 where he completed his Senior Secondary School Education and obtained the West Africa School Certificate (WASC) in 1984. Subsequently, he proceeded to Federal College of Education, Okene, Kogi State where he obtained National Certificate in Education (NCE) in Arabic and Islamic Studies in 1990. He further his academic pursuit in Yaba College of Technology, Lagos State where he obtained Ordinary National Diploma in Accounting in the year 1996.
Furthermore, he later gained admission into the University of Benin, Benin City where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in the year 2003.

In his quest to advance in his education, he registered with Association of National Accountant of Nigeria (ANAN) and later qualified as an Associate Member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN).
He started his Public Service Career on the 1^st November, 2001 immediately after his National Youth Service Corps Programme with Edo State Post Primary Education Board where he was employed as a Master Grade II Teacher Grade Level 08. Thereafter, he was transferred to Iyora Grammar School, Iyora Uzairue, Edo State as a classroom teacher.

He deployed his service to Office of the Auditor-General (State), Edo State in 2005. In 2008, he was transferred to Igarra Outstation Office to serve as Principal Auditor in Akoko-Edo Local Government Area, Edo State till 2014. Thereafter, he was transferred to the Headquarter as Head of Department, Planning, Research and Statistics. He is presently the Director, Parastatal, Projects Monitoring and Evaluation.
